Planned system maintenance

We call your kind attention that due to a planned system maintenance on 27 September 2026 (Sunday) between 20:00 and 24:00 our services listed below will not, or will have limited availability only: 

     -    KDB NetBank, 
     -    KDB PC Kontakt (Electra), 
     -    KDB openAPI, 
     -    sending and receiving instant domestic HUF transfer, 
     -    bankcard service (physical/online purchase, ATM cash withdrawal), 
     -    SMS sending, 
     -    Call Center IVR, 
     -    Bank’s website. 

To cancel your bankcard or to suspend your electronic banking channels during this period - if the Call Center IVR is not available - please call the Nexi Central Europe Zrt. at +36 1 421 2210. For bankcard cancellation only, you may also contact VISA International Customer Service at 06-800-17682.
