Reporting vulnerabilities detected in the Bank's services
If you detect any events of abuse in relation to the service provided by KDB Bank Európa Zrt (unauthorized use of your netbank account credentials due to compromise, phishing, or any other suspicious activity), please report it to us immediately at one of the following contact details:

KDB Bank Európa Zrt. maintains the availability of electronic channels designed to receive submitted IT security reports 24/7, which are investigated within 24 hours and take the necessary steps. If necessary, it will notify the supervisory authority of the reported event and/or suspend the validity of the netbank account concerned.
KDB Bank Európa Zrt. will always notify the reporting person of the receipt of the report and the outcome of the investigation.
